Content is King
The need for great creative solutions is still as strong as ever. However, the type of messaging that resonates with consumers, and how they view that content is changing. More targeted content is being viewed in feed-style mobile browsing. Therefore, fresh content with higher frequency is the best way to keep consumers engaged. And to keep up with consumers appetite for content, you need a production partner who is versatile, nimble, affordable and who understands how creative solutions can solve business challenges.
I can help you with everything from initial conceptualizing of strategic ideas, through to the end product seen by your consumers. My services include video and still photo production, photo retouching, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design including logo design and branding. And all within a reasonable budget.
Please contact me if you think I may be able to help you.
Butterfield & Robinson
I was asked by Butterfield & Robinson to create a brand video which gives a snapshot of the breadth of experiences they offer. The countries and cycling routes, the cultural integration, the food, the wine and everything else that makes a B&R trip second to none. They're a fantastic company to work with and I always look forward to the next job with them.
Fran Deacon - The Toronto Foundation
Fran and Fraser Deacon made it their life's work to create a better Toronto by setting up the Toronto Foundation and supporting those in need. She was honoured at a special gala for her life-long commitment to helping others in her community. I had the good fortune to be a part of this mini-documentary as a shooter and editor.
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
I recently had the amazing opportunity to shoot a min-doc series for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. It features a variety of people living with Type 1 diabetes telling their stories, as well as those in positions to support their children and family members as they live with this disease.
Return here, or visit JDRF's YouTube channel to see the ongoing series playing throughout the month of November (Diabetes Awareness Month). And please consider donating to find the cure for Type 1 diabetes.
discovering beautiful Vancouver
Stephanie and I recently visited my good buddy, Ben in Vancouver. We did the Grouse Grind, rode the Peak to Peak gondola at Whistler/Blackcomb, wandered around Granville Island, took in a fantastic play at Bard on the Beach, rode bikes around Stanley Park, and basically fell in love with this absolute jewel of our nation. If you haven't yet been, go!
